Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 (STARLOCAL)
Location: Ptarmigan House, Shrewsbury
Hours: 37 per week

Are you ready to be the go-to tech champion for Shropshire Towns & Rural Housing? We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Co-Ordinator to join our Corporate Services team on a six-month secondment.

What you’ll do:

• Provide 1st line IT support across all major systems
• Be the key contact for helpdesk tickets and technical queries
• Deliver IT advice, training, and support to colleagues
• Manage mobile devices and support our Mobile Device Management systems
• Help streamline processes and drive service improvements
• Set up new starters and ensure smooth onboarding
